The Wago 221-2502 is a 2-way mounting carrier with integrated strain relief for 221 Series inline splicing connectors with levers. It provides a fixed, screw-mounted support for the connector and a cable-tie point to relieve mechanical tension on the conductors. With a gray PA housing and compact dimensions of approximately 20.8 mm (W) × 6.5 mm (H from surface) × 100 mm (D), it is suited for panel and enclosure installations where secure inline terminations are required. This carrier is designed for use with Wago 221 inline connectors such as 221-2411 and 221-2401, allowing the splicing unit to be mechanically anchored while maintaining full access to the levers for installation and maintenance. Strain relief is implemented via a cable tie slot, reducing pull-out forces on the connector and conductors in vibrating or mobile assemblies. The 100 mm length can be shortened to approximately 56 mm by breaking off the strain-relief section when space is limited, giving flexibility for dense panel layouts.
