Wago 221-2511 is a 1-way mounting carrier with integrated strain relief for 221 Series inline splicing connectors with levers, providing secure mechanical fixation and cable support in permanent installations. It uses a snap-in mounting foot for rapid installation into pre-punched panels or housings, eliminating separate screws or clips and supporting repeatable OEM assembly processes. Designed specifically for Wago 221 inline splicing connectors, it ensures controlled routing and restraint of connected conductors in luminaires, appliances, and control panels where vibration, handling, or service access could otherwise stress the electrical connection. With compact dimensions of approximately 6.5 mm height from the mounting surface, 11.8 mm width, 100 mm depth, and a weight of about 2.17 g, the gray carrier fits well in constrained enclosures and raceways. The carrier body includes a defined strain relief feature that can be used with cable ties or equivalent fasteners to provide effective pull-relief on the conductors entering the 221 inline connector, reducing mechanical load on the clamping points during installation and service. The snap-in mounting foot is intended for sheet metal or molded panel cutouts, allowing the carrier to be quickly pressed into place and held positively by molded retention nibs.
