Description
The Baumer FUE 100A4004 is a diffuse type fiber optic sensor with a smooth, cylindrical sensing head designed for side viewing. It features a sensing distance of 30 mm and an exit angle of 60°. The sensor operates within a temperature range of -25 to +70 °C and is compatible with infrared light at 1450 nm. The head dimensions are 4 mm in width/diameter and 16 mm in height/length, made from durable aluminum. The fiber optic cable, measuring 100 cm in length and 2.5 mm in jacket diameter, is composed of glass with a PVC jacket. This model does not allow for fiber shortening or lens adaptability. The minimum bending radius for fixed installation is 7.5 mm and for mobile applications, it is 15 mm.
