The Baumer FUE 100A4004 is a diffuse type fiber optic sensor with a smooth, cylindrical sensing head designed for side viewing. It features a sensing distance of 30 mm and an exit angle of 60°. The sensor operates within a temperature range of -25 to +70 °C and is compatible with infrared light at 1450 nm. The head dimensions are 4 mm in width/diameter and 16 mm in height/length, made from durable aluminum. The fiber optic cable, measuring 100 cm in length and 2.5 mm in jacket diameter, is composed of glass with a PVC jacket. This model does not allow for fiber shortening or lens adaptability.
