Baumer IFRM 04P15B1/L 10152366 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 0.8 mm and adjustable hysteresis between 2 to 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 3 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA when unloaded. It includes a PNP make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 100 mA. This model is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The cylindrical threaded design uses POM for the sensing face and stainless steel for the housing, measuring 4 mm in diameter and 22 mm in length. It connects via a 2-meter cable and requires a maximum tightening torque of 1.8 Nm. Suitable for operating temperatures from -25 to +75 °C, it is rated at IP 67 for protection against dust and immersion.
