The Datasensing AA1/AP-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These ultraminiaturized cylindrical inductive sensors feature a compact Ø3 design with an IP67 protection degree, ensuring durability in harsh environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 0.6mm and an operating distance of 0
0.48mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 3x3mm FE360. The sensors offer a high switching frequency of 3kHz and operate within a voltage range of 10...30Vdc, making them versatile for various applications.
Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. They include essential protections such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, along with a yellow LED indicator for output state. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PUR cable for easy connectivity and are CE and UL approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. With a weight of just 30g and dimensions of Ø3 / L = 22mm, they are easy to install and integrate into existing systems.
