The Datasensing AA1/CN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in compact spaces. These cylindrical ultraminiaturized inductive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 0.6mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.48mm, making them ideal for detecting small standard targets of 3x3mm FE360. With a robust IP67 protection degree, they are built to withstand harsh environments. The sensors offer a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring accurate detection across different surfaces.
Equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, these sensors provide clear visual feedback. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The sensors are designed with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety in operation.
The AA1/CN-1A sensors are housed in AISI303 stainless steel with a PBT active head material, offering excellent resistance to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. With a compact dimension of Ø3 / L = 22mm and a weight of 30g, they are easy to install in shielded mounting configurations.
