Datasensing AA1/CP-1A Sensors

The Datasensing AA1/CP-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in compact spaces. These ultraminiaturized cylindrical inductive sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 0.6mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.48mm, making them ideal for detecting small standard targets of 3x3mm FE360. With a robust IP67 protection degree, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, ensuring durability and longevity. The sensors operate with a PNP output type and an NC output function, providing a switching frequency of 3kHz. They are compatible with an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, and feature a no-load supply current of ? 10mA, a load current of ? 100mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1.5V @100mA, with a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. Equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, these sensors ensure easy monitoring. They are designed with multiple protective features, including short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, impulsive overvoltage protection, and protection against inductive loads. The sensors are shielded for mounting, with dimensions of Ø3 / L = 22mm, and are constructed from durable AISI303 stainless steel with a PBT active head material. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are CE and UL approved, and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. They are also tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications. The sensors come with a 2m PUR cable for easy connectivity.
