The Datasensing AB1/AN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring a cylindrical ultraminiaturized inductive sensor with an M4 standard flush mount. With a nominal sensing distance of 0.6mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.48mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 4x4mm FE360. The sensors offer a high degree of accuracy with a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%. They are equipped with an NPN output type and a NO output function, operating at a switching frequency of 3kHz and a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensors are built with robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and an active head made of PBT, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. They are protected against short circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads, with an IP67 protection degree for mechanical safety. The sensors come with a 2m PUR cable for easy connectivity and are approved by CE and UL standards, ensuring compliance with IEC 60947-5-2 for EMC compatibility. Additionally, they are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The package includes two M5x0.5 nuts for secure mounting.
