The Datasensing AB1/AN-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These ultraminiaturized inductive sensors feature a cylindrical M4 design with a nominal sensing distance of 1mm and an operating range of 0 to 0.81mm. They are equipped with a standard target size of 4x4mm FE360 and offer a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. With a high switching frequency of 3.5kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors ensure efficient performance.
The AB1/AN-3A sensors are built with robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, providing durability and resistance to harsh environments. They are IP67 rated for protection against dust and water ingress, making them suitable for demanding conditions. The sensors come with a 2m PUR cable for easy installation and connectivity.
Additional features include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The sensors also have a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and are capable of handling a load current of up to 100mA. With a compact design measuring M4 x 0.5 / L = 22mm and a weight of 30g, these sensors are ideal for applications where space is limited.
The Datasensing AB1/AN-3A Sensors are CE and UL approved, ensuring compliance with international standards. They are also compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 for electromagnetic compatibility and have been tested for vibration and shock resistance according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. Supplied with two M5x0.5 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate integration into your system.
