The Datasensing AB1/CP-1A Sensors are ultraminiaturized cylindrical inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 0.6mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.48mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 4x4mm FE360. They feature a PNP output type with a normally closed (NC) output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection. The sensors operate at a switching frequency of 3kHz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA.
Built with a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 protection against dust and water ingress. They are equipped with a 2m PUR cable for easy connectivity and feature yellow LED indicators for output state visibility. The sensors are shielded for flush mounting and come with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection.
