The Datasensing AB1/CN-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring a cylindrical ultraminiaturized inductive sensor with an M4 standard flush mount. With a nominal sensing distance of 0.6mm and an operating range of 0 to 0.48mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 4x4mm FE360. The sensors offer a high correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring accurate performance across different applications.
Equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state, the sensors provide clear visual feedback. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The sensors are designed with robust protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads, ensuring durability and longevity in demanding environments.
Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, with an IP67 protection degree and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 standards and are approved by CE and UL, guaranteeing compliance with international safety and performance standards.
The Datasensing AB1/CN-1A Sensors come with a 2m PUR cable for easy installation and are supplied with two M5x0.5 nuts for secure mounting.
