The Datasensing AB1/AP-3A Sensors are ultraminiaturized cylindrical inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 1mm and an operating range of 0 to 0.81mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 4x4mm FE360. They feature a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) function, ensuring efficient proximity detection. The sensors operate at a switching frequency of 3.5kHz and support an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc.
Built with a robust AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 protection against dust and water ingress. The 2m PUR cable connection ensures flexibility and ease of installation, while the yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state.
Additional features include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, making them highly reliable in various industrial applications. The sensors are shielded for flush mounting and come with supplied accessories, including two M5x0.5 nuts. They are CE and UL approved, ensuring compliance with international standards.
