The Datasensing AB1/CP-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These ultraminiaturized inductive sensors feature a cylindrical M4 design with a nominal sensing distance of 1mm and an operating range of 0 to 0.81mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and NC output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection. The sensors boast a high switching frequency of 3.5kHz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA.
Constructed with AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 protection against dust and water ingress. The sensors are shielded for flush mounting and come with a 2m PUR cable for easy installation. They are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and feature comprehensive protection mechanisms, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads.
With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. They are compatible with standard targets of 4x4mm FE360 and have specific correction factors for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are CE and UL approved, meeting EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, and are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
