The Datasensing AC1/AN-3F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring a smooth stainless steel housing with a compact Ø4 mm diameter, these sensors are equipped with a 360° visible yellow output LED for easy status monitoring. They offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5 mm and an operating distance range of 0 to 1.21 mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 4.5x4.5mm FE360. The sensors are available in models with a 2 m PVC cable or an M8 connector, providing flexibility for various installation needs.
With an IP67 protection degree, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, ensuring durability and longevity. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. The sensors feature NPN output type with a normally open (NO) output function and a high switching frequency of 5kHz, suitable for fast-paced operations.
Additional features include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. The sensors are shielded for mounting, with a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at UB 24V Ta=23°C ±5°C. They are CE cULus approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring high performance and safety in various industrial settings.
