Datasensing AC1/CN-1F Sensors

The Datasensing AC1/CN-1F Sensors are designed with a smooth stainless steel housing and a compact Ø4 mm diameter, making them ideal for precise applications. Featuring a yellow output LED that is 360° visible, these sensors are available in models with a 2 m PVC cable or an M8 connector. With an IP67 protection degree, they are built to withstand harsh environments. The sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 0.8 mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65 mm, with a standard target size of 4x4 mm FE360. They have a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring accurate performance. The thermal drift of Sr is less than 10%, and they boast a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and they function as proximity sensors with an NPN output type and NC output function. With a switching frequency of 5kHz and an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are efficient and reliable.
