The Datasensing AC6/AN-1A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a smooth stainless steel housing with a compact Ø4 mm diameter, these sensors are equipped with a yellow output LED that is visible from 360°, ensuring easy status monitoring. They come with a 2-meter PVC cable for flexible installation options and are also available in models with an M8 connector. With an IP67 protection degree, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments. Key specifications include a nominal sensing distance of 0.8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 0.65mm, making them ideal for proximity detection. The sensors are designed to work with a standard target size of 4x4mm FE360, and they offer correction factors for various materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. They feature a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and the sensors operate with an NPN output type and NO output function, with a switching frequency of 5kHz. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 100mA. They ensure minimal power loss with an output voltage drop of ? 1.5V at 100mA and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. They are shielded for mounting and have a robust construction with an AISI303 stainless steel housing and a PBT active head material. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, ensuring compliance with international standards, and they offer excellent EMC compatibility as per IEC 60947-5-2. Designed to withstand shocks and vibrations, they meet the requirements of Vibration IEC 60068-2-6 and Shock IEC 60068-2-27. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
