The Datasensing AD1/AN-3F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. With an extremely compact design, these sensors measure just M5 x 30 mm for cable and 38 mm for plug length, making them ideal for tight spaces. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and can handle an output current of up to 100 mA. The sensors feature a yellow LED output indicator for easy status monitoring and are fully protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with a durable AISI303 stainless steel housing, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection. The nominal sensing distance is 1.5mm, with an operating distance of 0 to 1.21mm, and they are optimized for a standard target size of 5x5mm FE360. The sensors exhibit excellent repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%, ensuring consistent performance.
The AD1/AN-3F Sensors are equipped with an M8 plug output and come with two M5x0.5 nuts for secure mounting. They are designed to function in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are compliant with CE and cULus approvals, as well as EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2 standards. Ideal for proximity functions, these sensors offer a switching frequency of 5kHz and are shielded for enhanced performance.
