The Datasensing AD6/AP-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M5 x 30 mm size with a 2m axial cable, these sensors are perfect for applications requiring minimal space. They operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30 Vdc and support an output current of up to 100 mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED output indicator for easy status monitoring and are fully protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
Constructed with a durable AISI303 stainless steel housing, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering an IP67 degree of protection. The nominal sensing distance is 1.5mm, with an operating distance of 0 to 1.21mm, making them ideal for proximity functions. The sensors are shielded for flush mounting and come with a PNP output type and NO output function, ensuring reliable performance with a switching frequency of 5kHz.
Additional features include a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA, a load current of ? 100mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The sensors also boast a high repeat accuracy of < 5% and a thermal drift of Sr < 10%. They are compatible with various materials, with correction factors for copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel.
