The Datasensing AE1/AN-1H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact M8 shielded design with a NO/NPN connection and an M12 plug, ensuring seamless integration into your systems. The robust metal housing provides IP67 protection, making it suitable for harsh environments, while the 360° visible LED status indicator allows for easy monitoring. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors offer excellent thermal stability with a drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. The AE1/AN-1H models are available in both standard and long-distance versions, with options for ATEX category 3 models upon request. The nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material ensure longevity, while the M8 x 1 dimensions and 60mm length make installation straightforward. Operating efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are CE and UR approved, meeting IEC 60947-5-2 EMC compatibility standards.
