Datasensing AE1/AN-4H Sensors

The Datasensing AE1/AN-4H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely compact design, these sensors are housed in durable nickel-plated brass with a metal casing that ensures longevity and robustness. The LED status indicator provides a 360° visible signal, making it easy to monitor the sensor's status at a glance. With an IP67 housing protection, these sensors are resistant to dust and water, making them suitable for harsh environments. The AE1/AN-4H model offers a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 3.24mm. It is equipped with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360 and has a correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensor maintains high accuracy with a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%. Designed for proximity functions, the sensor features an NPN output type with a normally open (NO) output function. It supports a switching frequency of up to 5kHz and operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. The sensor is energy-efficient, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. It also includes comprehensive protection features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. The AE1/AN-4H sensors are easy to install with an M12 plug connection and come with two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting. They are designed to withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C and are compliant with CE and UR approvals, ensuring high standards of safety and performance. Additionally, the sensors are compatible with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2 and are tested for shocks and vibrations according to IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
