The Datasensing AE1/AP-3A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring an extremely reduced measure, these sensors come with a robust metal housing and a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring. With IP67 housing protection, they are built to withstand harsh environments, and ATEX models for category 3 are available upon request for explosive atmospheres. These sensors offer complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Available in both standard and long-distance models, the AE1/AP-3A Sensors provide flexibility with standard and short body housing options. They have a nominal sensing distance of 2mm and an operating distance of 0 to 1.62mm, making them ideal for proximity functions. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, with a switching frequency of 5kHz. Operating within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and can handle a load current of up to 200mA. The sensors are designed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head material, ensuring durability and longevity. They are shielded for mounting and come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation.
