The Datasensing AE1/CN-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M8 unshielded NC/NPN connection with an M12 plug, these sensors are built with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 2.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 2.02mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360. The sensors offer a high switching frequency of 5kHz and are equipped with a 360° visible LED status indicator for easy monitoring.
Engineered for complete protection against electrical damages, the AE1/CN-2H sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current of ? 200mA. The sensors are designed to withstand extreme conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and an IP67 rating for housing protection.
These sensors are available in standard and long-distance models, with options for standard and short body housing. ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request for environments requiring additional safety measures. The package includes two M8x1 nuts for secure mounting, and the sensors are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international standards.
