The Datasensing AE1/CP-1A84 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M8 shielded design with a 3-meter axial cable, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 1.5mm and an operating range of 0 to 1.21mm. Ideal for detecting standard targets of 8x8mm FE360, they provide excellent correction factors for various materials, including copper (0.29), aluminium (0.38), brass (0.49), and stainless steel (0.78). With a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy below 5%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. The proximity function is supported by a PNP output type with an NC output function, operating at a switching frequency of 5kHz and a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. Designed for durability, they feature a nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, with an IP67 mechanical protection rating. Additional features include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as a yellow LED indicator for output state. The sensors are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility per IEC 60947-5-2 standards, and are supplied with two M8x1 nuts for easy installation. Suitable for a wide temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are built to withstand shocks and vibrations, making them ideal for demanding industrial environments.
