The Datasensing AK1/AP-3A86 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 shielded design, these sensors operate with a NO/PNP output type and are equipped with a 5-meter axial PVC cable for versatile installation. With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. The sensors offer a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.40), aluminium (0.45), brass (0.50), and stainless steel (0.75). Engineered for stability, they exhibit a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. With a switching frequency of 300Hz and an operating voltage between 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are suitable for a wide range of applications. They feature a no-load supply current of ? 20mA, a load current of ? 400mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A, with an output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA.
