The Datasensing AK1/CN-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 4.05mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 18x18mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an M18 standard flush mount design, they ensure durability and stability in various industrial environments. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard and long-distance options, with output configurations such as cable, M12, and plug cable exit. They are equipped with models featuring 2, 3, and 4 wires, and ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request. The sensors also provide complementary output options (NO+NC) for versatile applications. Engineered for efficiency, the AK1/CN-1H Sensors have a switching frequency of 600Hz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They feature a low no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of ? 400mA, with a minimal output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. The sensors are equipped with yellow LED indicators for output state visibility and offer protection features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. Designed to withstand harsh conditions, these sensors operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are protected against shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. With an IP67 degree of protection, they are resistant to dust and water ingress, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M18x1 nuts, for easy installation and secure mounting.
