The Datasensing AM6/CP-2A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact M12 short unshielded design with a 2-meter axial cable, making them ideal for tight spaces. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.2mm, they ensure accurate proximity detection. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and NC output function, supporting a switching frequency of 2kHz. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a low no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA.
Built with durability in mind, the sensors have a nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, providing robust protection against harsh environments. They are equipped with essential safety features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are also designed to withstand shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC standards, and offer an IP67 degree of protection.
