The Datasensing AM6/CP-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M12 short case flush mount, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating distance of 0 to 3.2mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally closed (NC) output function, ensuring efficient proximity detection with a switching frequency of 2kHz.
Constructed with durable nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the AM6/CP-3A Sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and an IP67 degree of protection. The sensors are shielded for easy mounting and come with a 2m PVC cable for convenient connectivity.
Engineered for safety and reliability, these sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, while the sensors' EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2 ensures minimal interference in electronic environments.
With a weight of 60g and dimensions of M12 x 1 / L = 39.8mm, the AM6/CP-3A Sensors are compact yet robust, featuring a tightening torque of 10Nm. They are CE and UR approved, meeting high standards for quality and performance. Additionally, ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request for specialized applications.
