The Datasensing AT1/0P-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M30 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating distance of 0 to 16.2mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 60x60mm FE360. With a robust nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, these sensors ensure durability and longevity even in harsh environments.
The AT1/0P-4H Sensors come equipped with a PNP output type and offer both normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) output functions, providing flexibility for different operational needs. They support a wide operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc and can handle a load current of up to 400mA, with a low output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. The sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection.
These sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and have a switching frequency of 200Hz, ensuring fast and accurate response times. The mechanical protection rating of IP67 guarantees resistance to dust and water ingress, while the sensors' compliance with EMC standards (IEC 60947-5-2) and shock and vibration standards (IEC 60068-2-6 / IEC 60068-2-27) ensures reliable performance in demanding conditions.
The AT1/0P-4H Sensors are available with various output options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exit, and can be customized with models featuring 2, 3, or 4 wires. ATEX models, category 3, are also available upon request for environments requiring explosion protection. With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5%, these sensors deliver consistent and precise performance. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for easy installation, the Datasensing AT1/0P-4H Sensors are the ideal choice for reliable proximity sensing in industrial settings.
