Datasensing AT1/0P-4HAN Sensors

The Datasensing AT1/0P-4HAN Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precise proximity detection. Featuring an M30 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating range of 0 to 16.2mm. They are equipped with a PNP output type and provide both NO and NC output functions, ensuring versatile application use. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of ? 400mA. Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, these sensors are built to withstand challenging environments, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are also equipped with essential safety features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 EMC standards and can endure shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The AT1/0P-4HAN Sensors are designed for easy installation with an M12 plug connection and come with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting. They feature a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and a thermal drift of Sr of less than 10%, these sensors ensure reliable and accurate performance.
