The Datasensing AT1/A0-2A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 unshielded NO cable with a 2m axial connection, these sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard and long-distance options. They are equipped with cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and are available in 2, 3, and 4-wire configurations. For specialized applications, ATEX models, category 3, can be requested. The sensors provide complementary output options (NO + NC) and are fully protected against electrical damages.
With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, these sensors are ideal for proximity functions. They feature a standard target size of 45x45mm FE360 and have correction factors for various materials, including copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.80). The sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. They have a hysteresis range of 1 to 20% and a switching frequency of 100Hz.
Operating on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, the sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current range of 3 to 100mA. They ensure minimal leakage current (? 0.8mA) and a low output voltage drop (? 2.8V @100mA). The sensors are designed with a maximum ripple content of ? 10% and feature a yellow LED indicator for output state. They are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads.
Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material, the sensors are robust and durable. They have a mechanical protection rating of IP67 and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, and are approved with CE and UR certifications. With an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C, these sensors are suitable for various industrial environments.
