The Datasensing AT1/A0-4A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a wide range of applications. These sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating distance of 0 to 16.2mm, making them ideal for precise proximity detection. The standard target size is 60x60mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.75).
Engineered for reliability, these sensors offer a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. With a switching frequency of 100Hz and an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are versatile and efficient. They support a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of 3 to 100mA, with a leakage current of ? 0.8mA and an output voltage drop of ? 2.8V at 100mA.
The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and feature a time delay before availability of ? 50ms. They are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads, ensuring durability and longevity. The unshielded mounting design, with dimensions of M30 x 1.5 and a length of 60mm, is complemented by a robust nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material.
These sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are CE and UR approved, with EMC compatibility according to IEC 60947-5-2 standards. The sensors also meet vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27, respectively. Supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts, these sensors are ready for immediate installation and use.
