Datasensing AT1/AN-3A Sensors

The Datasensing AT1/AN-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 45x45mm FE360. They feature a robust M30 standard flush mount design, constructed from durable nickel-plated brass, ensuring longevity and reliability in harsh environments. These sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard and long-distance options, with outputs available in cable, M12, and plug cable exit configurations. They support models with 2, 3, and 4 wires, and ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request. The sensors are equipped with complementary output functions (NO + NC) and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Operating at a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, the sensors have a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. They feature a switching frequency of 200Hz and a low output voltage drop of ? 1V at 400mA. The sensors are designed with a yellow LED indicator for output state and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms. With a high degree of mechanical protection rated at IP67, these sensors are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. They are suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, making them versatile for various industrial settings. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, and are CE and UR approved, ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards.
