The Datasensing AT1/AN-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust M30 unshielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating range of 0 to 16.2mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 60x60mm FE360. With a correction factor for different materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, these sensors ensure accurate detection across diverse environments.
Equipped with a NO/NPN output type and a switching frequency of 200Hz, the AT1/AN-4H Sensors provide fast and reliable proximity detection. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. Designed for durability, they feature complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection.
The sensors are housed in nickel-plated brass with an active head made of PBT, ensuring a high degree of mechanical protection (IP67) and resistance to shocks and vibrations. The M12 plug connection and yellow LED output state indicator enhance usability and installation convenience. With approvals from CE and UR, and compliance with EMC compatibility standards (IEC 60947-5-2), these sensors are built to withstand harsh industrial conditions, operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
