The Datasensing AT1/AP-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust M30 shielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating range of 0 to 8.1mm, making them ideal for detecting standard targets of 30x30mm FE360. With a PNP output type and NO output function, they ensure efficient proximity detection with a switching frequency of 200Hz. These sensors are engineered with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material provide durability and resistance to harsh environments, while the IP67 degree of protection ensures reliable performance in challenging conditions. The AT1/AP-1H models are available with various output options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and can be customized with 2, 3, or 4 wire configurations. For specialized applications, ATEX models, category 3, are available upon request. The sensors also feature complementary output options (NO + NC) for versatile integration into existing systems. With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%, these sensors deliver consistent performance. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, and the sensors are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
