The Datasensing AT1/AP-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a robust M30 standard no-flush mount design, constructed from durable nickel-plated brass, ensuring longevity and reliability in harsh environments. These sensors offer versatile connectivity options, including cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and are available in models with 2, 3, and 4 wires. For added safety, ATEX models, category 3, can be requested. The sensors provide a complementary output (NO + NC) and are equipped with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The AT1/AP-2H Sensors boast a high switching frequency of 200Hz and operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. They are designed to handle a load current of up to 400mA with minimal leakage and output voltage drop. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and have a time delay before availability of ?100ms. Engineered to withstand extreme conditions, these sensors operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are protected against shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. With an IP67 degree of protection, they are resistant to dust and water ingress, making them suitable for demanding industrial settings. Each sensor comes with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting, ensuring ease of installation and maintenance.
