The Datasensing AT1/AP-3A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of industrial applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating range of 0 to 12.1mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 45x45mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring reliable performance with a switching frequency of 200Hz.
Built to withstand challenging environments, the AT1/AP-3A Sensors come with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. They are shielded for easy mounting and have a robust nickel-plated brass housing with an IP67 degree of protection, making them resistant to dust and water ingress. The sensors operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are compatible with IEC 60947-5-2 EMC standards.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a time delay before availability of ?100ms, and a mechanical protection rating of IP67. The sensors are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure installation.
