The Datasensing AT1/CP-1A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust M30 shielded design, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating distance of 0 to 8.1mm, making them ideal for proximity detection tasks. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally closed (NC) output function, ensuring efficient signal processing with a switching frequency of 200Hz. Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the AT1/CP-1A sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are also shielded against inductive loads, ensuring long-lasting performance. With a wide range of models available, including standard, long-distance, and ATEX category 3 models upon request, these sensors cater to diverse operational needs. The sensors feature a 2m PVC cable connection, with options for M12 and plug cable exits, and are compatible with 2, 3, and 4-wire configurations. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, while the IP67 mechanical protection ensures durability against dust and water ingress. The AT1/CP-1A sensors are designed for easy installation with a tightening torque of 50Nm and come with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting.
