The Datasensing AT6/AP-2A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 unshielded short housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 15mm and an operating distance of 0 to 12.1mm, making them ideal for proximity detection applications. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient signal processing. Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the AT6/AP-2A sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring long-lasting performance. The sensors feature a 2m PVC cable for easy connectivity and are compatible with a wide range of models, including those with complementary outputs (NO + NC) and ATEX models available on request. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and a load current capacity of up to 400mA, these sensors provide fast and reliable operation. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, and the sensors are compliant with CE and cULus approvals, as well as EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2 standards. Ideal for industrial applications, the Datasensing AT6/AP-2A Sensors offer exceptional accuracy with a repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a thermal drift of Sr under 10%. The sensors come with supplied accessories, including two M30x1.5 nuts, and are designed for easy installation with a tightening torque of 50Nm.
