Datasensing AT6/AN-4A Sensors

The Datasensing AT6/AN-4A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M30 unshielded short housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating distance of 0 to 16.2mm. They are equipped with a standard target size of 60x60mm FE360 and provide a correction factor for various materials, including copper (0.46), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.54), and stainless steel (0.78). With a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. The AT6/AN-4A model operates with a switching frequency of 200Hz and supports an operating voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc. It features a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current capacity of ? 400mA, with a leakage current of ? 10?A. The output voltage drop is minimal at ? 1V @400mA, and the sensor can handle a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. A yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, and the sensor is ready for use with a time delay of ?100ms. Built with robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensor is designed for durability and reliability. It offers complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The sensor is IP67 rated for mechanical protection and can withstand operating temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. It is also compliant with CE and cULus approvals and meets EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. The sensor is supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for easy installation and features a 2m PVC cable connection.
