The Datasensing AT6/AP-1A Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. These inductive sensors feature a compact M30 shielded short housing, ensuring a robust and durable performance. With a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating range of 0 to 8.1mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 30x30mm FE360. The sensors offer a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) function, and a switching frequency of 200Hz, making them suitable for high-speed operations.
Engineered with complete protection against electrical damages, these sensors include short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The nickel-plated brass housing and PBT active head material provide excellent resistance to harsh environments, while the IP67 rating ensures protection against dust and water ingress. The sensors are equipped with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation and connectivity.
Additional features include a yellow LED indicator for output state, a time delay before availability of ?100ms, and a load current capacity of up to 400mA. The sensors are compatible with a wide range of models, including those with complementary outputs (NO + NC) and ATEX models for hazardous environments, available upon request. With approvals from CE and cULus, and compliance with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2, these sensors are a reliable choice for various industrial applications.
