The Datasensing BX80S/10-1H Sensors are designed for high-performance area sensing applications, featuring a robust aluminium enclosure for enhanced durability. With a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors are equipped with a microprocessor-based circuit for precise sensitivity adjustment. The strong cubic housing and metallic enclosure make them ideal for high-duty use, while the IP67 protection ensures complete safeguarding against electrical damages. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, with a no-load supply current of 100mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. They feature 12 rays with a beam spacing of 6mm, and the nominal sensing distance varies depending on the receiver. The sensors are equipped with green LED indicators for power status, and offer short-circuit and reverse polarity protection with auto-reset functionality. Emitting infrared light at 880nm, they are resistant to external light interference up to 1,500 lux from incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux from sunlight. The sensors are compact, with dimensions of 60mm x 132mm x 30mm, and weigh between 260 to 300 grams. They are constructed with PBT housing material and a PC active head, and come with supplied accessories including two M18x1 nuts, an adjustment key, and a 90° angled bracket. Operating efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +50°C, these sensors are CE cULus approved and comply with IEC 60947-5-2 standards for EMC compatibility, shocks, and vibrations.
