The Datasensing CR0/BN-1V Sensors are advanced retroreflective polarized area sensors designed for precise object detection and area monitoring. With a controlled height of 69mm and a maximum operative distance of up to 4.5 meters, these sensors are ideal for applications requiring high accuracy and reliability. They feature a minimum object detection diameter of 6mm and offer two teach-in types for sensitivity adjustment: fine and standard. The optical pitch is set at 10mm, ensuring optimal performance. These sensors boast a robust protection degree of IP67, making them suitable for harsh environments. They include a blanking function and are equipped with NPN output type with NO+NC output functions. The switching frequency is 400Hz, and they operate on a voltage range of 12 to 30VDC. The sensors have a no-load supply current of 100mA and a load current of 160mA, with a leakage current of ?1?A. The CR0/BN-1V Sensors are designed with user-friendly features such as LED indicators for power supply alignment and dark/light status. They offer short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, along with impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are housed in durable aluminum with an active head made of PMMA, and they come with an M12 4-pin connection plus a 200mm PVC cable. These sensors are approved by CE, cULus, and UKCA, and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC EN 60947-5-2 / 7.4 standards.
