The Datasensing FALD/BP-3E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a 90° radial optic position, these sensors utilize a visible red laser emission to achieve a nominal sensing distance of up to 50 meters. With a robust IP67 protection degree, they are built to withstand harsh environments, offering total protection against electric damages. The sensors are housed in durable nickel-plated brass with a glass/PC active head, ensuring longevity and resilience.
Equipped with a PNP NO+NC output type, the FALD/BP-3E Sensors provide versatile connectivity options through an M12 plug. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a load current capacity of ?100mA. The sensors feature a sensitivity adjustment trimmer, allowing for precise calibration to suit various applications.
Designed to handle thermal drift of ?10% Sr and repeat accuracy of 5%, these sensors maintain consistent performance even in fluctuating temperatures ranging from -15°C to +55°C. The FALD/BP-3E Sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring and offer short-circuit, overvoltage, and reverse polarity protection for enhanced safety.
