The Datasensing FMM1/AN-3H Sensor is a robust inductive sensor designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. Featuring a full metal M12 housing, this sensor offers a nominal sensing distance of 3mm and operates effectively within a range of 0 to 2.43mm. It is equipped with an NPN/NO output type and a convenient M12 plug exit for easy connectivity. The sensor is engineered with a standard target size of 12x12mm FE360 and boasts a high correction factor for various materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. With a thermal drift of less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C, the FMM1/AN-3H ensures consistent performance. Its hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, and it supports a switching frequency of up to 200Hz. The sensor operates on a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 10mA and a load current capacity of ? 200mA. It features a low output voltage drop of ? 1.5V at 200mA and a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. Designed for durability, the sensor includes short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, as well as protection against inductive loads.
