Datasensing MPE/X0-1H Sensors

The Datasensing MPE/X0-1H Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable performance. Featuring a right-angle M18 emitter with a metal connector and M12 connection, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 16m (MPR) and 32m (MPD). With a thermal drift of Sr at ?10% Sr and a repeat accuracy of 5%, they ensure consistent operation without the need for sensitivity adjustment. The emitter function principle includes a check input ranging from 4.5 to 30VDC, allowing for emission control. The radial 90° optic position enhances detection capabilities, while the LED infrared emission at 880nm ensures effective performance even in challenging lighting conditions, with interference resistance up to 3000lux for incandescent lamps and 10000lux for sunlight. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?35mA and a maximum ripple content of ?10%. They feature a red LED indicator for power status and a time delay before availability of ?200ms. Built with short-circuit and overvoltage protection, the housing is made from durable nickel-plated brass with a PC plug, and the active head is crafted from PMMA. The M18 diameter and dimensions of 88.8 x 29.7mm, along with a tightening torque of 25Nm, ensure robust installation. Approved by CE and cURus, these sensors comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2 and withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts, they offer mechanical protection rated at IP67 and operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, without freezing.
