The Datasensing MS6/00-0A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for medium-distance applications up to 600mm. The sensors are equipped with a 2m axial plastic cable for easy installation and connectivity.
With a wide range of models available, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression, these sensors offer versatility for various industrial applications. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while the retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced accuracy. Additionally, models with right angle optics and fixed distance background suppression are available to suit specific needs.
The MS6/00-0A Sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damage, including short-circuit protection with auto-reset and overvoltage protection. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensors feature a selectable NO/NC output function, with a switching frequency of 80Hz and a response time of 6.25ms.
Constructed with durable materials, the housing is made of PBT/PC with a PMMA active head, ensuring robustness and longevity. The sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. They are also compliant with CE and cURus approvals, ensuring high standards of safety and performance.
The MS6/00-0A Sensors are equipped with LED indicators for status output, providing clear visual feedback. They are resistant to external light interference, with a tolerance of up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. The sensors also feature impulsive overvoltage protection and are compatible with EMC standards EN 60947-5-2.
