The Datasensing MSD/00-0A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring a robust M18 receiver with a nominal sensing distance of 32 meters, these sensors offer versatile detection capabilities, including diffuse, retro-reflective, polarized, through-beam detection, and background suppression. The through-beam models boast a high sensing range, while retro-reflective models utilize red visible polarized light for enhanced accuracy.
With an axial optic position and a selectable NPN/PNP NO/NC output type, these sensors ensure flexibility in integration. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ? 25mA and a load current capacity of ?100mA. The sensors are equipped with red LED indicators for status output and feature a short-circuit protection system with auto-reset and overvoltage protection.
Constructed with durable PBT/PC housing and a PMMA active head, the sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, offering IP67 mechanical protection and compliance with EMC standards EN 60947-5-2. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
