The Datasensing PFK1/BP-1H Sensors are designed for precision and durability, featuring an M18 standard flush mount with a robust AISI 316L stainless steel housing. These inductive sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating range of 0 to 4.05mm, making them ideal for various industrial applications. Equipped with a PNP output type and NO + NC output function, they ensure reliable performance with a switching frequency of 1.5kHz. The sensors are protected against electrical damages with features like short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
The sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, boasting an IP67, IP68, and IP69K protection degree, and are suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes. The yellow LED status indicator provides clear output state visibility, while the M12 plug connection ensures easy installation. With a weight of 55g and dimensions of M18 x 1 / L = 63.1mm, these sensors are compact yet powerful. They are CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSY approved, ensuring compliance with international standards.
