The Datasensing PFK1/BP-3HV5 Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating range of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 24x24mm FE360. With a robust M18 standard flush mount design, they offer a PNP output type with NO + NC output functions, ensuring versatile application use. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 15mA and a load current of ? 200mA. They are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and provide short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection. Constructed with AISI316L stainless steel housing and an active head made of PPS, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are compatible with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2 and are approved by CE, cULus, ECOLAB, and DIVERSY. The sensors come with two M18x1 nuts for easy installation and are designed to endure operating temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, with short exposure tolerance up to 100°C during cleaning processes.
