The Datasensing PM3/00-2A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. Featuring an M12 unshielded design, these sensors offer both NPN and PNP output types with NO/NC switching functions, making them versatile for different operational needs. The sensors come with a 2-meter axial cable for easy installation and connectivity. With a nominal sensing distance of 4mm and an operating range of 0 to 3.2mm, these sensors are ideal for detecting standard targets of 12x12mm FE360. They exhibit excellent correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel, ensuring accurate performance across diverse environments. The sensors maintain a thermal drift of Sr under 10% and a repeat accuracy of less than 5%, even at a switching frequency of 1kHz. Built with robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the PM3/00-2A Sensors are designed to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and an IP67 degree of protection. They are equipped with essential safety features such as short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, along with protection against inductive loads. The sensors are easy to mount with a tightening torque of 10Nm and come with two M12x1 nuts for secure installation. They are CE approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2, ensuring reliable performance in environments subject to shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, and the sensors are ready for operation with a time delay of less than 100ms.
